Magnus Carlsen wins his 4th Tata Steel tournament


World Champion Magnus Carlsen won this year’s edition of the Tata Steel Masters tournament with 9 points out of 13. After a low start with two draws and and a loss against Radoslaw Wojtaszek, Magnus managed to come back with 6 consecutive victories. Then he maintained his lead by drawing the 3 remaining games. It is also worth mentioning the impressive performances of Maxime Vachier Lagrave, Anish Giri, Wesley So, and Liren Ding, all above 2850!
