Morning chess tactic

Today’s position is from my game against the grandmaster Arthur Kogan played in a rapid (12 min+3) tournament in Zaragoza in 2013. Find the best move:

R. Castellanos - A.Kogan White to play and win

R. Castellanos – A.Kogan

Solution to yesterday’s puzzle:

R. Castellanos - J. Santos White to play and win

R. Castellanos – J. Santos White to play and win

In the game I played 32.Be3? (played it instantly) and eventually the game ended in a draw. White could have won with 32.Bxg7! Bxg7 33.Nd5 Ra7 (33…exd5 34.Qh5+ Kg8 35.Rc7 Rf8 38.Qg6) 34.Qh5+ Bh6 35.Nf6+ Kg7 36.Ne8+ Kh7 37.Rc8 with a winning attack.
